We offer Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to various organizations, allowing their employees to access a wide range of services and professionals, including counseling and crisis intervention support.
About the Role
We are seeking fully registered mental health professionals to provide crisis intervention and critical incident support to employees and their families across Guyana. As an independent affiliate provider, you will deliver confidential, rapid-response support to help individuals navigate urgent mental health needs — primarily on-site at client locations.
Locations Needed
📍All Guyana
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site crisis intervention and critical incident response at client workplaces.
- Deliver individual and/or group support sessions as needed.
- Respond to urgent requests within 24–72 hours and maintain timely communication.
- Support workplace and corporate EAP cases.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Psychologist, Counsellor, Social Worker, or Mental Health Professional fully registered to practice in Guyana.
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Experience in Crisis Intervention (CI) or critical incident/stress management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior EAP or trauma-response experience
- Experience supporting workplace or corporate clients
- Availability for urgent or after-hours support
- Additional languages are a plus
