We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations, supervise and guide staff, ensure excellent customer service, and monitor inventory.

• Minimum of 3 years of Food & Beverage experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale hospitality environment
• A valid food handler certificate
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience required
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage service standards
• Strong customer service and communication service skills
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Professional appearance, attitude and conduct

• Lead, train and motivate F&B Staff
• Manage staff assignments, shifts and daily operations
• Maintain restaurant and beverage service standards
• Handle guest complaints and service issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
