Job Description
Embroidery Machine Operator
The Embroidery Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining computerized embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products according to customer specifications. This role involves setting up machines, loading designs, monitoring production, and ensuring finished items meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Basic Knowledge of Computer
- Good Communication Skills
- Responsible and Willingness and Flexible
- Prior Experience in Operating Embroidery Machine (Not Compulsory)
Responsibilities
- Load and adjust thread colors, needles, bobbins, and backing materials according to design specifications.
- Read and interpret work orders, design files, and placement guides.
- Operate embroidery machines to produce items such as apparel, caps, bags, and patches.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, color consistency, and quality; make necessary adjustments.
