<p>The successful candidate will spend much of the workday driving between company locations, assisting customers with deliveries, overseeing the loading of orders, completing business errands, and supporting warehouse operations. On quieter days, there may also be opportunities to assist with basic office and administrative tasks.</p>
<p>We&#8217;re looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and takes pride in representing the company professionally. This role offers the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the business and grow into a valuable member of our team. Paid training and onboarding will be provided.</p>

<li><strong>Monday – Friday:</strong> 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.</li>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive company vehicles to support daily business operations.</li>
<li>Travel to the company&#8217;s off-site warehouse to oversee customer pickups and deliveries.</li>
<li>Assist with loading and unloading heavy building materials, including tiles, steel doors, granite, and other products.</li>
<li>Verify that customer orders are complete and correctly loaded before delivery or collection.</li>
<li>Purchase diesel for the company on a scheduled basis.</li>
<li>Travel to the company&#8217;s housing complex to refuel backup generators.</li>
<li>Complete bank deposits, withdrawals, and other banking errands as required.</li>
<li>Pick up meals and complete other business-related errands for management when needed.</li>
<li>Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner during sales and deliveries.</li>
<li>Help maintain an organized warehouse and work areas.</li>
<li>Support the office with basic administrative tasks during slower periods, if required.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</strong></p>
<p>Applicants must have:</p>
<ul>
<li>A valid driver&#8217;s licence with a good driving record.</li>
<li>A minimum of <strong>five (5) CSEC subjects</strong>, including:
<ul>
<li><strong>Mathematics – Grade III or better</strong></li>
<li><strong>English A – Grade III or better</strong></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>A strong work ethic and willingness to perform a variety of tasks.</li>
<li>The ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.</li>

<li>Have experience formulating and testing single-, double-, and triple-salt brine systems, including NaCl, NaBr, CaBr₂, and KCl.</li>
<li>Demonstrate proficiency in conducting TCT/PCT brine testing and evaluating fluid performance.</li>
<li>Have a thorough understanding of API drilling fluid testing standards and industry best practices.</li>
<li>Possess experience with laboratory equipment calibration, certification, maintenance, and quality assurance processes.</li>
<li>Have ability to run appropriate tests and interpret results accurately.</li>
<li>Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Have ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Possess general knowledge of specialty chemical and drilling fluid applications.</li>

<p>The Senior Manager, Ocean Policy plays a critical role within the Blue Climate<br />
Program, supporting international ocean and climate policy initiatives,<br />
coastal resilience, blue carbon ecosystems, and nature-based climate<br />

<p>Reporting to the Director of Ocean Policy, this role develops and manages<br />
strategic policy programs while collaborating closely with Conservation<br />
International teams worldwide, governments, scientific institutions,<br />
and global partners.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>International Ocean Policy</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead strategic policy initiatives supporting coastal resilience, blue carbon, green-gray infrastructure, and ocean-climate integration.</li>
<li>Coordinate ocean-climate policy efforts with the Center for Policy and Incentives.</li>

<h2>The Role</h2>
<p>Are you a passionate SHEQ leader who thrives on creating safe, compliant, and high-performing work environments? We are looking for an experienced Country SHEQ Manager to lead our Safety, Health, Environment and Quality function across our operations in Guyana.</p>
<p>In this pivotal leadership role, you will work closely with the Group Head of SHEQ to drive our SHEQ strategy, ensuring our Integrated Management System (IMS), policies, and standards are consistently implemented across all project activities. You will play a key role in shaping a proactive safety culture, reducing operational risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and championing quality throughout the business.</p>
<p>Leading the Guyana SHEQ team, you will partner with operational leaders, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to embed best practice, support continuous improvement, and ensure every project is delivered safely, responsibly, and to the highest quality standards.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Work in partnership with the Group Head of SHEQ to ensure all country-level SHEQ systems, processes, and documentation align with Company standards, IMS requirements, and Group SHEQ strategy.</li>
<li>Implement and manage a comprehensive safety and risk management strategy aligned with company goals and industry best practices.</li>
<li>Lead and support with the conduction SHEQ risk assessments across all project activities and ensuring risks are identified and safety measures implemented.</li>
<li>Ensure the safety of all project personnel through the implementation of safety protocols, training, and the provision of safety equipment and the required PPE.</li>
<li>Oversee compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including waste management and environmental impact assessments across all project activities.</li>
<li>Manage quality assurance processes to ensure all project activities meet quality standards and specifications.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain incident response plans for all project activities to address safety breaches, accidents, and other emergencies.</li>
<li>Conduct incident and non-compliance investigations and introduce processes and procedures to prevent recurrence.</li>
<li>Conduct regular safety audits and inspections across project sites, offices, and operational areas to monitor compliance with safety policies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure they meet safety requirements.</li>
<li>Provide Health, Safety, and Environmental training to employees and contractors across all project activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Establish emergency response procedures for all project activities and coordinate with local authorities when required.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality regulations, standards, and certifications.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to health, safety, quality, and environmental measures.</li>
<li>Ensure all documentation aligns with IMS requirements and is consistent with Group SHEQ standards.</li>
<li>Weekly progress reports to management, highlighting potential issues, threats, and suggestions for mitigation.</li>
<li>Escalate key SHEQ risks, trends, and compliance matters to the Group Head of SHEQ to support Group-level oversight and assurance.</li>
<li>Review all project SHEQ documentation at regular intervals, ensuring alignment with Company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the Group Head of SHEQ to update, refine, and standardise policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure all project-specific documentation remains current, compliant, and consistent with Group SHEQ requirements.</li>
<li>Lead, manage, and develop the SHEQ team in Guyana, ensuring consistent application of Company standards and IMS requirements across all project activities.</li>
<li>Act as the primary SHEQ liaison for Guyana, ensuring effective communication and alignment with the Group Head of SHEQ.</li>

<h2>Essential Criteria</h2>
<h3>Your Experience &amp; Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in SHEQ &amp; safety management (ideally within the construction industry).</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality standards and ISO Accreditation / Certification.</li>

<p>Under the overall supervision of the Head of Office in Guyana and direct supervision of the Programme Coordinator in Guyana, and in close coordination with the Regional Thematic Specialist for Labour Mobility at the Regional Office and relevant Divisions/Departments/Units at Headquarters, the Project Officer will be responsible and accountable for supporting and coordinating the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting activities of the project <strong>Facilitating Access To Regular Migration Status And Integration For Migrants.</strong></p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>

<li>Coordinate the overall implementation of the project, including the oversight of the financial, administrative and technical aspects, in line with IOM’s policies and procedures, as well as donor requirements.</li>
<li>Provide operational guidance and technical supervision to the project staff, assisting on programmatic strategy and implementation. Oversee the project progress specifically aimed at increasing effectiveness and recommending appropriate action.</li>

Plan, develop, organize and deliver capacity building activities to build capacity of staff, partners, government officials, and other humanitarian actors.</li>
<li>Support monitoring and compliance with project partners, project staff and implementing entities. Liaise with Government entities, IPs, United Nations (UN) agencies and other stakeholders in the project.</li>
<li>Coordinate with other units in the Country Office for a smooth implementation of all project activities.</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<h3>Education</h3>

<li>Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Humanitarian Affairs, Economic Development, Business or Public Administration, International Studies, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant professional experience; <strong>or</strong></li>
<li>University degree in the above fields with four years of relevant professional experience.</li>

<p>Under the overall supervision of Head of Office, the Resources Management Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Country Office&#8217;s financial, human resources, procurement, logistics, and administrative functions. The role ensures effective resource management, budget monitoring, internal controls, compliance with organizational policies, and operational support to facilitate the successful implementation of programmes and projects.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Support the monitoring and overseeing the financial management for all activities in the Country Office including the review of financial expenditure and accountability.</li>
<li>Facilitate the management of the treasury by forecasting cash flows according to CO activities and its Sub-Offices. Support the monitoring and control of funds disbursed; validate that funding is received and disbursed in accordance with donor agreements.</li>
<li>Prepare relevant financial reviews of projects by overseeing the budget control process and analyse variances between budget and actual expenditures. Take proactive action to prevent projects from going into deficit.</li>
<li>Assist with the annual budget preparation for the Country Office by facilitating the monitoring of budget control and analyse variances between budget and actual expenditures. Support the preparation of budgets for new projects and programmes.</li>
<li>Support the maintenance and assist in strengthening appropriate internal controls to safeguard the Organization’s assets, cash and prevent fraud.</li>
<li>Review payroll versus budgets, validate that salaries are correctly allocated to projects consistent with IOM’s projectization criteria.</li>
<li>Draft project and donor financial reports in accordance with IOM regulations and established procedures.</li>
<li>Participate in reviewing existing systems and procedures and, if necessary, recommend possible improvements to strengthen internal monitoring, evaluation and control systems and improve efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Assist in managing the Human Resources function and make recommendations on recruitment and personnel administration of staff in the Country Office. <p>Under the overall supervision of the Programme Coordinator and the direct supervision of the National Project Officer (Regular Pathways &amp; Socioeconomic Integration), this position is responsible for supporting the labour market integration of newly arrived migrants by developing and implementing employment-focused activities that promote sustainable inclusion in the local workforce. The incumbent works closely with public institutions, training providers, NGOs and business networks to strengthen pathways to employment, while maintaining accurate programme data and monitoring results. The position also contributes to programme planning, reporting, budget monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and staff guidance to ensure effective, responsive, and labour market-driven integration support for migrants.</p>

<li>Support individualized case management and referral follow-up for migrants, ensuring timely needs assessment, documentation, coordination with relevant service providers, tracking of assistance provided, and regular follow-up to support access to services and progress toward integration outcomes.</li>

<li>Plan and coordinate the sealing of empty containers for evacuations.</li>
