<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.</li>
<li>Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation.</li>
<li>Ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed and filed.</li>
<li>Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and reference checks.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate employee personnel files.</li>
<li>Maintain organizational charts</li>
<li>Assist employees with benefit enrollment and benefit-related questions.</li>
<li>Maintain leave of absence records.</li>
<li>Coordinate employee recognition and engagement programs.</li>
<li>Support investigations by gathering documentation.</li>

<li>Complete Local Content Reporting</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Experience</h2>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.</li>
<li>Experience in Local Content Reporting</li>
<li>Working knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and applicable labour laws in Guyana.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Education</h2>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of five (5) CSEC passes, including Mathematics and English Language.</li>
<li>A Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field would be an asset.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Skills &amp; Competencies</h2>

<li>Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others.</li>

This is a senior level job for experienced Field Specialists, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to support decision-making during ongoing operations in often dynamic and fast-changing environments. The Fishing Tool Supervisor plays a crucial role in executing field operations in accordance with operational plans and ensuring deliveries meet or exceed customer expectations. A good knowledge of fishing tools, the well environment and rig systems is essential for this role.</p>

<li>Operate and maintain Fishing and Re-entry equipment in the field</li>
<li>Provide onsite support to customer during ongoing field operations</li>
<li>Assist in testing and adjusting equipment to obtain optimum operating performance</li>
<li>Daily reporting of field operations for ongoing Fishing and Re-entry operations</li>
<li>Work hand in hand with the onshore operations team</li>
<li>Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency</li>
<li>Accurate and thorough completion of job reports in a timely basis</li>
<li>Support onshore maintenance activities if required</li>
<li>Participate in all client and Weatherford safety systems during ongoing operations as required</li>
<li>Must have the ability to grasp and adapt to changing work environment and conditions</li>
<li>Must be able to perform basic problem solving and troubleshooting when needed</li>
<li>Continue training to expand knowledge and experience of Fishing and Re-entry operations and services</li>
<li>Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions</li>
<li>Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford</li>
<li>Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level</li>
<li>Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.</li>

<h2>Required</h2>
<ul>
<li>3-7+ years fishing and whipstock experience</li>
<li>High School diploma (or Secondary School Diploma or equivalent) as minimum. Preferred 2 years College degree</li>
<li>General knowledge of oilfield equipment</li>
<li>Mechanical ability necessary to perform repairs</li>
<li>Valid Driver license</li>
<li>Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel computer skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required</li>
<li>Strong team player who collaborates closely with colleagues. Effective teamwork is non-negotiable for success in this role</li>
<li>Excellent English verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Must be able to follow instructions</li>
<li>Rotational standby schedule: 28 days on, followed by 28 days off.</li>

<p>The Site Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities at the facility, ensuring that equipment, infrastructure, and systems are operating efficiently and safely. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Supervision &amp; Team Management</h3>

<li>Site Service supervisor must be able to Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of maintenance staff</li>

<li>Provide training, guidance, and support to technicians and tradesmen</li>

<h3>Maintenance Operations</h3>

<li>Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in maintenance operations.</li>
<li>At least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, Industrial or facility maintenance practices.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Water treatment and sewage systems (preferred).</li>
<li>Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.</li>
<li>Minimum 3–5 years’ hands-on maintenance experience in industrial or commercial environments</li>
<li>Experience supervising teams and coordinating maintenance work</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs</li>
