<p>The Data Entry/Retention Agent is responsible for accurately updating customer records, processing service requests, and supporting retention efforts by ensuring timely, error-free data input and proactive customer engagement. This role serves as a critical link between sales, service delivery, and customer care teams to ensure seamless workflow, compliance, and improved customer experience.</p>
<h2>Main Duties And Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Data Entry &amp; Systems Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Accurately input, update, and maintain customer information across CRM, billing, and service-order platforms.</li>
<li>Validate customer documentation, contracts, and service requests for completeness and accuracy.</li>
<li>Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Process account modifications, service upgrades/downgrades, disconnections, and retention requests.</li>
<li>Assist with updating accurate customer details to GIS to ensure smooth TCRM migration.</li>
<li>Reply to emails from dealer and other sale channels within prescribed SLA.</li>

<h3>Retention &amp; Customer Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Handle outbound and inbound retention calls to proactively address customer concerns and prevent churn.</li>
<li>Execute Churn initiatives by engaging customers with bill payment call outs and other promotions.</li>

<li>Identify cancellation triggers and provide tailored solutions or offers to retain customers.</li>
<li>Log and escalate feedback, trends, and recurring customer issues to the relevant teams.</li>

<li>Collaborate with Sales, Technical Operations, and Customer Care teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.</li>
<li>Track and monitor pending cases, ensuring SLAs and turnaround times are met.</li>
<li>Support ad hoc reporting, including churn analysis, save-rates, and trend tracking.</li>

<h3>Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance</h3>

<li>Adhere to data privacy requirements, internal audit standards, and conflict-of-interest controls.</li>
<li>Ensure that account transactions follow established authorization protocols.</li>

<h2>Academic Qualifications And Experience Required For Job</h2>

<li>Minimum of 5 CXCs including Math and English</li>

<p>Under the overall supervision of the Head of Office in Guyana and direct supervision of the Programme Coordinator in Guyana, and in close coordination with the Regional Thematic Specialist for Labour Mobility at the Regional Office and relevant Divisions/Departments/Units at Headquarters, the Project Officer will be responsible and accountable for supporting and coordinating the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting activities of the project <strong>Facilitating Access To Regular Migration Status And Integration For Migrants.</strong></p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the overall implementation of the project, including the oversight of the financial, administrative and technical aspects, in line with IOM’s policies and procedures, as well as donor requirements.</li>
<li>Provide operational guidance and technical supervision to the project staff, assisting on programmatic strategy and implementation. Oversee the project progress specifically aimed at increasing effectiveness and recommending appropriate action.</li>
<li>Support the monitor and progress against Project’s strategic objectives, benchmarks, and provide advice with respect to improvements and corrections; coordinate the establishment of a common Monitoring and Evaluation (M&amp;E) Framework that incorporate regular reporting requirements and impact evaluation strategies, in close coordination with M&amp;E Officer in the Country Office.</li>
<li>Identify priority areas for project development and contribute to the development of new projects by selecting and summarizing background information, assessing the local context and segments for new project proposals.</li>
<li>Supervise the staff assigned to the project, as well as Consultants/Implementing Partners (IPs) recruited to support and/or undertake specific activities. Plan, develop, organize and deliver capacity building activities to build capacity of staff, partners, government officials, and other humanitarian actors.</li>
<li>Support monitoring and compliance with project partners, project staff and implementing entities. Liaise with Government entities, IPs, United Nations (UN) agencies and other stakeholders in the project.</li>
<li>Coordinate with other units in the Country Office for a smooth implementation of all project activities.</li>
<li>Coordinate the adequate information management on project related activities including visibility by providing regular updates, summaries, press releases and other relevant materials, in coordination with the donor and relevant Units at HQ.</li>
<li>Draft quality progress Financial, Narrative, and other reports related to the project activities. Coordinate the elaboration and dissemination of reports for donors, government and other relevant stakeholders by ensuring timely submission and compliance with donor and IOM requirements.</li>
<li>Participate in relevant conferences, workshops, steering committees, and technical working groups, as well as other forums; contribute in coordination and presentation of IOM activities.</li>
<li>Participate in relevant UN working groups and activities to contribute to the mainstreaming of migration related issues into United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Frameworks (UNSDCF).</li>
<li>Undertake duty travel as required to support coordination and monitoring activities for project implementation.</li>

<li>Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Humanitarian Affairs, Economic Development, Business or Public Administration, International Studies, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant professional experience; <strong>or</strong></li>

<p>Under the overall supervision of Head of Office, the Resources Management Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Country Office&#8217;s financial, human resources, procurement, logistics, and administrative functions. The role ensures effective resource management, budget monitoring, internal controls, compliance with organizational policies, and operational support to facilitate the successful implementation of programmes and projects.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Support the monitoring and overseeing the financial management for all activities in the Country Office including the review of financial expenditure and accountability.</li>
<li>Facilitate the management of the treasury by forecasting cash flows according to CO activities and its Sub-Offices. Support the monitoring and control of funds disbursed; validate that funding is received and disbursed in accordance with donor agreements.</li>
<li>Prepare relevant financial reviews of projects by overseeing the budget control process and analyse variances between budget and actual expenditures. Take proactive action to prevent projects from going into deficit.</li>
<li>Assist with the annual budget preparation for the Country Office by facilitating the monitoring of budget control and analyse variances between budget and actual expenditures. Support the preparation of budgets for new projects and programmes.</li>
<li>Support the maintenance and assist in strengthening appropriate internal controls to safeguard the Organization’s assets, cash and prevent fraud.</li>
<li>Review payroll versus budgets, validate that salaries are correctly allocated to projects consistent with IOM’s projectization criteria.</li>
<li>Draft project and donor financial reports in accordance with IOM regulations and established procedures.</li>
