<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>We are seeking 2 highly organized and proactive Training &amp; Development Specialists to support, design, and deliver learning initiatives across Guyana and Suriname. This role is essential to building workforce capabilities, supporting employee growth, and ensuring alignment with regional development strategies. The ideal candidates are passionate about learning, detail‑oriented, and comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate, plan, and deliver training programs (technical, compliance, and soft skills) for employees across Guyana.</li>
<li>Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and training priorities.</li>

<p>As Material Controller, your core responsibility is to manage and maintain the flow of materials required for projects and for the operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective management of materials and inventory to support uninterrupted project and operations’ execution. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and coordination with multiple departments to support project timelines and operational excellence.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong> You maintain and lead accurate counting and records of material in stock. You oversee material handling, storage, and preservation to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of materials. You ensure that the storage areas are kept clean and organized.</li>
<li><strong>Material Movement:</strong> You keep records of the in and out stock movements. You initiate, treat and coordinate the demand of transfer and move of material between storage locations. You handle the distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment based on incoming requests and orders.</li>
<li><strong>Coordination:</strong> You maintain good communication with the yard, the warehouse or cargo teams with regards to equipment that requires additional coordination from them.</li>
<li><strong>Documentation:</strong> You maintain and lead the maintenance of comprehensive material records, including receipts, issuances, and transfers, and generate/oversee reports for management and audit purposes.</li>
<li><strong>Compliance:</strong> You ensure adherence to relevant safety, environmental, and industry regulations in all material-related activities.</li>
<li><strong>Material Planning:</strong> You track material consumption, and you collaborate with Projects, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams to support the material requirement forecast and to develop effective material planning strategies. You support the identification of potential material shortages, bottlenecks, and supply chain risks. You support the implementation of proactive measures to mitigate risks and develop contingency plans to address unexpected challenges.</li>
<li><strong>Material Replenishment:</strong> If you are involved in the material replenishment process, you initiate the demand and the replenishment tasks. You coordinate replenishment or material transfer processes to avoid shortages and surplus.</li>
<li><strong>Inspection and material Quality Control:</strong> If you are involved in the material reception process, you verify and lead the verification of the quality and specifications of incoming materials. You conduct and lead inspections and address any discrepancies or non-compliance issues.</li>

<h2>Job Duties</h2>
<p>Under strict supervision, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for properly packing, marking, labeling, and obtaining weight and dimension information for cargo. The role coordinates pre-shipping instructions and maintains shipment logs, files, and supporting documentation. The incumbent manages the domestic and international movement of goods in compliance with applicable regulations and prepares the required documentation for shipments. Responsibilities include coordinating cargo movement from origin to destination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery and communicating with customers regarding shipment status and progress. The position assists Finance &amp; Accounting with the validation of rates and charges on invoices and utilizes SAP and other logistics systems to process transactions and ensure the accurate and timely movement of goods. The role also records logistics performance data, tracks trends, and helps identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, service levels, and cost efficiency. Accurate execution of duties contributes directly to cost containment, operational efficiency, profitability, and overall business operations. Entry-level position; no previous experience required.</p>

<p>The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR team by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR systems, compliance, benefits administration, and employee engagement activities. This role ensures HR processes are completed accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with company policies and employment laws while delivering excellent service to employees and managers.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.</li>
<li>Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation.</li>
<li>Ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed and filed.</li>
<li>Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and reference checks.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate employee personnel files.</li>
<li>Maintain organizational charts</li>
<li>Assist employees with benefit enrollment and benefit-related questions.</li>
<li>Maintain leave of absence records.</li>
<li>Coordinate employee recognition and engagement programs.</li>
<li>Support investigations by gathering documentation.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing employee meetings and wellness initiatives.</li>
<li>Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.</li>
<li>Support internal and external HR audits.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of employee information.</li>
<li>Maintain HR calendars and meeting schedules.</li>
<li>Order onboarding and office supplies.</li>
<li>Complete Local Content Reporting</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Experience</h2>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.</li>
<li>Experience in Local Content Reporting</li>
<li>Working knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and applicable labour laws in Guyana.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Education</h2>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of five (5) CSEC passes, including Mathematics and English Language.</li>
<li>A Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field would be an asset.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Skills &amp; Competencies</h2>
<ul>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others.</li>
<li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li>

<h3>Main Duties and Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Actively approach and engage with potential customers in various villages and streets to generate leads and sales of our products and services.</li>
<li>Identify and target potential customers in outdoor locations such as events, trade shows, public gatherings, or high-traffic areas.</li>

<h3>Product Knowledge</h3>

<li>Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you are selling to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to potential customers.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Customer Engagement</h3>
<ul>
<li>Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building.</li>
<li>Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and informative manner.</li>

<h3>Sales Targets</h3>

<li>Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, which may require working overtime during peak periods or special events.</li>

<h3>Reporting and Documentation:</h3>

<p>The Data Entry/Retention Agent is responsible for accurately updating customer records, processing service requests, and supporting retention efforts by ensuring timely, error-free data input and proactive customer engagement. This role serves as a critical link between sales, service delivery, and customer care teams to ensure seamless workflow, compliance, and improved customer experience.</p>
<h2>Main Duties And Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>Data Entry &amp; Systems Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Accurately input, update, and maintain customer information across CRM, billing, and service-order platforms.</li>
<li>Validate customer documentation, contracts, and service requests for completeness and accuracy.</li>
<li>Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Process account modifications, service upgrades/downgrades, disconnections, and retention requests.</li>
<li>Assist with updating accurate customer details to GIS to ensure smooth TCRM migration.</li>
<li>Reply to emails from dealer and other sale channels within prescribed SLA.</li>

<h3>Retention &amp; Customer Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Handle outbound and inbound retention calls to proactively address customer concerns and prevent churn.</li>
<li>Execute Churn initiatives by engaging customers with bill payment call outs and other promotions.</li>
<li>Assist with debt recovery</li>
<li>Identify cancellation triggers and provide tailored solutions or offers to retain customers.</li>
<li>Log and escalate feedback, trends, and recurring customer issues to the relevant teams.</li>

<h3>Operational Support</h3>

<li>Collaborate with Sales, Technical Operations, and Customer Care teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.</li>
<li>Track and monitor pending cases, ensuring SLAs and turnaround times are met.</li>
<li>Support ad hoc reporting, including churn analysis, save-rates, and trend tracking.</li>

<h3>Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance</h3>

<li>Adhere to data privacy requirements, internal audit standards, and conflict-of-interest controls.</li>
<li>Ensure that account transactions follow established authorization protocols.</li>

<h2>Academic Qualifications And Experience Required For Job</h2>

<li>Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret order data, identify discrepancies, track progress, and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with proven ability to manage multiple service orders simultaneously in a dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Proficient in report generation and documentation, including daily order status reports, exception reports, and performance metrics dashboards.</li>
<li>Experience with order management systems (OMS), CRM, or other platforms, with strong attention to data accuracy and process compliance.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task effectively, ensuring seamless order flow from initiation to completion while maintaining SLAs and quality standards.</li>
